M&N Smart Inventory

Update weekly counts, track ingredients and supplies, and spot low stock.

Search the full price catalog and add only products you count this month. Prices are locked to each month's first saved entry.

Choose an Excel or CSV monthly file. Blank counts are imported as zero; monthly quantities can be edited afterward. Stock and history are unchanged.

Monthly items are sorted by Category (A–Z), then Product (A–Z). Add an item, then enter your physical count. Existing stock counts are not changed by monthly entries.

Create vendor purchase orders using your Price List and latest approved Monthly Inventory counts. Drafts will not change stock quantities.

Employees use count.html without logging in. Submissions stay pending until you approve or reject them. Approval updates the selected month's sheet, not your regular stock balances.

This is your product catalog, separate from Inventory Items. Importing prices will NOT add products to stock inventory. Search the catalog below to add specific items to inventory when needed.

Orders marked Placed or Received appear here. Draft and cancelled orders are excluded. Deleting purchase history does not undo stock received or change Monthly Inventory counts. Draft and cancelled orders are not deleted.
